DINAMITA light

Inspired by the successful experience of the DINAMO conferences, the main objective of this spin-off meeting is to share and debate in a friendly environment some of the recent exciting results in interdisciplinary research fields involving the use of Light.

A key part of the meeting will be the discussions during the “Penultima” evening sessions.

Topics

Nanophotonics, optical forces, optical manipulation, nanospectroscopy, metamaterials, plasmonics, electromagnetic scattering theory.

Venue

The Aeolian Islands are a volcanic archipelago in the Tyrrhenian Sea off the northern coast of Sicily, southern Italy, named after the demigod of the winds Aeolus. The islands include Lipari, Vulcano, Salina, Stromboli, Filicudi, Alicudi and Panarea. Lipari (Ancient Greek: Μελιγουνίς) is the largest one.
